This adorable 2 Bed/2 Bath home sleeps 5 people (up to 2 adults). Relax on the front porch, which has a roll-out awning for shade. Enjoy cookouts with the gas grill provided. Queen Bed in Main bedroom, with attached bathroom. 2nd Bedroom has two twin beds perfect for kids and teens. Living room has convertible ottoman that turns into a twin bed.
Main bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Enough Parking for 2 vehicles on the property. Parking passes are required.
**This home INCLUDES a free GOLF CART rental through Ocean Lakes. There will be a gift cart waiting for you at the golf cart rental shop.

No in-home laundry, but Ocean Lakes has a coin Laundry Center or you can drop laundry off to be done for you.

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
