This immaculate raised beach house was completed in February 2007 and still maintains the freshness and cleanliness as the day it was completed with New HVAC and Decking in 2023. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS!! The construction and interior trim is far beyond the average beach house. It consists of three bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen beds. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with newly installed flat screen TV's and extended cable. WIRELESS internet service throughout the home.
The living area is equipped with a standard sofa, love sofa, recliner and new flat screen TV/ DVD. It has a fully equipped kitchen with tiled counter-tops and maple cabinets. The tiled flooring is accented with new luxury vinyl laminate in the bedrooms, nine feet ceilings and chair railing adds unique character to this property.
The outside of this unit is just as special. If sunbathing and shade is your preference, the huge deck offers both. This unit is both exposed for sunbathing and covered for your protection.
