Our beach house is one of the few homes in Ocean Lakes that offers 5 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. There is also a half bathroom on the main floor.
Great parking under the house that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Under the house you will also find an entertainment area with an outdoor bar, TV, gas grill and custom cornhole boards. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off all that beach sand.
Enjoy the ocean views from all 3 of our decks with plenty of seating. Upon entering the house you will be greeted with a newly renovated kitchen including all new appliances, new washer/dryer, spacious living and dinning room. The main level has the master bedroom with a king bed, access to the back deck and the master bathroom with full tub and shower.
Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms with queen beds, bathrooms with showers. All bedrooms have access to the upper deck through a long hallway. Includes access to all amenities that Ocean Lakes has to offer.

**OCEAN LAKES CHARGES $15 PER VEHICLE PER DAY TO PARK. IF PAID FOR EXPRESS CHECK IN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL THE COST IS $12. THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE.
Water Park and Splash Zone hours vary in off season, or might be closed, refer to Ocean Lakes Family Campground waterpark hours or ask owner. Otherwise Always Memorial Day through Labor Day.
“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”
