Construction is moving along well at our new 5br/4.5ba house! It is scheduled to be done in March of 2025, with reservations being accepted after May 1st.
1st floor will have an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. Half bath with laundry located off of the kitchen. Master suite with full bath and direct access to the deck overlooking the canal and lake! ๐
2nd floor will have 2 more suites with their own full baths and access to decks with canal, Sand Dollar Lake, and ocean views! The other 2 bedrooms will share a bathroom, with 1 of the bedrooms having direct deck access with a view of the canal and lake.
On the ground level you'll find plenty of parking (at least 3 vehicles), enclosed shower with hot/cold water, and an EXTRA special TV area! It will be great for watching your favorite sporting event or movie!
โAll homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.โ
