Walk up a few steps to the huge front porch where you can sit at the outside table for four, perch on a bench or relax on a settee for two. Once inside a huge living room with high arched ceilings will greet you with a matching LazyBoy sofa and chair 1/2 with ottoman. As well as an electric fireplace that is activated instantly with a touch of one button. For your entertainment a 50" flat screen TV with cable and WIFI. To the right you will find a lovely dining room table that seats 4 as well as a low bar table that can accommodate four. In the kitchen you should find all cookware/bakeware/gadgets to help you prepare meals. Small appliances include Keurig Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, crock pot, George Foreman grill and immersion blender. After leaving the kitchen to the right you will find a hallway bathroom with a full size bathtub, toilet and sink. Further down from the bathroom will be a full/twin size bunk bed with dresser and small inset closet for storage. Straight across the bathroom through a door you will find the master bedroom with a queen size bed, armoire and nightstand. As well as an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. You can exit the bedroom back through to the living room as well. Outside the driveway can accommodate two small vehicles with a parking spot along the front of the house. Inside the garage you will find the washer and dryer, beach chair(s), cooler and sand toys. Access to our golf cart. Will rent Saturday to Saturday during peak season.
