(there's a safety gate at the top of the stairs for the littles as well). Front, main deck is North-facing, so you won't be blazing in the sun during the summer months.
Inside, there is cable TV in every room, and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, washer & dryer, a bathtub in the main bathroom.

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 5-days after your stay is complete.
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”

This home is very clean and beautifully decorated. This home is set up for renters. All you really need is your clothes, the homeowners have made everything else available to you. I would recommend this home. Homeowners are very easy to work with.
We loved this house it was very clean, the owner was very friendly and easy to work with. All the bonus games, beach accessories, swings, and grilling area gave us lots of fun things to do. Best house we’ve stayed in! Can’t wait to go back!
