Y6, on Ocean Lakes Drive (Stay on the main street into Ocean Lakes, 6th house on the right past the speed limit sign), boasts a GREAT location with two large, super comfy bedrooms, two full baths, and a large, open living area in this thoughtfully decorated stick-built home (not a camper/trailer add on) with tons of beachy charm. This is a ✨️home✨️, with absolutely no rental property feel. No tiny rooms with beds stuffed in them to sleep more people and make more money in this one. This is the home you would build for your own small family, and that's exactly who we cater to - couples, small families, even a friends retreat, but no large groups in this home. Nice, comfy, freshly laundered and sanitized bed linens (including the comforter!) and towels are provided for each guest. The quiet, low traffic street behind Beach Break means no houses are crowded up against it, and bike riding for small kiddos is perfect. We have a washer, dryer, dishwasher and fully stocked kitchen to make your stay smooth and easy. We also have keyless entry, so check in is seamless, and there are no keys to keep up with! There's just a different vibe in the homes in these sections on the north side. You'll see! We rent to non-smokers/non-vapers only, and don't allow smoking on the property, inside or outside of the home. We are not pet-friendly, sorry. 2 minute leisurely stroll to the store, 3 to the waterpark and 5 to the sand, & sea from the cutest, comfiest house and best people-watching porch! Make our Beach Break Y6 Ocean Lakes Family Campground your new favorite home away from home! Peak season rentals are Saturday to Saturday (May to September)⛱️🐬🤩
“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”
