This beautifully decorated, well-maintained, one story home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 6 guests comfortably with a king bed in master, bedroom 2 has one queen bed, and bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. (Queen air mattress is also available).
The beautiful full kitchen includes a dishwasher and has an eat-in dining area.
Guests of 1467 Mermaid Drive will enjoy complimentary use of a golf cart and free Cable/WIFI too! This home offers a flat screen TV in every room. A gas grill and washer/dryer are provided for your stay. Home has corn hole boards, sand toys for the kids, and a safety gate at the top of the porch stairs for little ones.
Ocean Lakes has many amenities including an 18 hole mini-golf course, activity center with arcade, indoor and outdoor pools, water park, holiday events, and equipment checkout for the basketball and volleyball courts. There is a playground, corn hole, and skate park right at the beach front for guest to use. There is also a grocery store, restaurant, and golf cart rental if you require more than one golf cart to get around.

Must be 25 years of age to rent.
Must be 21 and carry your driver's license to operate golf cart.
No Smoking or Vaping indoors
You must pay a $15 per day fee to Ocean Lakes Family Campground for parking. You can do express check-in with us and pay only $12 per day.
Cleaning /Linen Fee $225 per stay
Linens (sheets, pillow cases, and towel set) are provided.
