You have 2 parking spaces with this home. This is a non-smoking / non vaping home, this includes the porch. Pets are not allowed without prior approval by the owner. We do not allow pets weighing more than 20 pounds. We also have a 1 pet limit. We suggest you bring extra beach towels. Basic house linens are provided and there are a few beach towels, but you may want extra. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the property. Renters shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner Renter is cautioned not to leave trash outside for long periods of time because it attracts animals. Renters shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors. Renters are also required to respect Quiet hour which is from 11 PM -7 AM. Renter agrees that Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property. Renter shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as, but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.; any of these actions shall cause termination of the rental agreement with no refund of rents or deposit. Renter agrees that air conditioning shall not be set below 70 degrees and heat shall not be set above 75, and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. No coolers inside the house. Also, we ask that you leave your shoes at the door in the provided tray- this tiny act trmendpu keeps the sand from being all over the house. Clean lint tray on dryer after each load of clothes. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Make sure to clean gas grill after each use, Keep all sand toys outside and shake sand off beach towels. Beach towels may be hung on the front deck railing to dry but should be removed at night so that they will not blow away. Do not move furniture, GOLF CART Rules ***No one under 21 allowed to drive our golf carts, Please read and understand each item under the golf cart policy and you must communicate this policy to other members in your party. _____ Do not leave keys in the golf cart when not in use. _____Do not leave children in the golf cart without an adult. ____ Golf carts driven after sunset must have lights on and cannot be operated during quiet hours (11pm to 7am) Oceanlakes just enacted a new policy stating that golf carts nor any other mode of transportation can not be operated within the park at 12am (only use your feet after midnight). ____ Golf carts must be operated properly at all times. No reckless driving, no loud or offensive music, no alcoholic beverages are allowed on golf cart. Our Golfcart CAN NOT BE DRIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE OCEANLAKES GATES. _____UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN AN UNDERAGED DRIVER DRIVE THE GOLF CART. If a child is in your lap YOU must have control of the golf cart with hands on the wheel. _____ If these rules are not obeyed and a ticket is given by Ocean Lakes there are fines up to $1,000 (which will be passed to the renter) which could result in the owner losing golf cart privileges for a year and lost revenue. Directions to The Pink Cabana Our house is located in Ocean Lakes at Myrtle Beach, site M55 on Sand Dune Drive. After you have obtained your parking passes proceed through the security gate and go straight. You will bear to your left at the speed limit sign, this will take you by the Sandy Mart store. At the 3 way stop you will take a left on Sanddune Drive. We are the 2nd house on the left. You can't miss it. It is PINK........ There is parking for two vehicles. To get to the beach come out of our driveway and turn right. At the 3 way stop sign turn left and this will take you straight down to the ocean. (3-minute walk) To get to the Rec Center, Arcade, Putt Putt and pool complex turn right out of our driveway. Turn left at 3 way stop sign and go to the next stop signed turn right. Thie will take you past the pool area , arcade, mini golf and rec center. To get to the Sandy Mart and Meet and Eat Grill - Take a right out of our driveway, At the 3 way stop turn right then turn left into parking area. If you get lost on the golfcart (this is easy to do if you are a first timer), head towards the ocean. Follow the ocean till you see the observation tower. Then look for the big waterslide and head towards it. This should put you at the 3 way stop and Sand Dune Drive and your home away from home the Pink Cabana. Have fun.
