N32 is an adorable tiny home with 1 bedroom, 2 lofts and 1 and a half baths. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children.
Downstairs is a bedroom with a queen bed and upstairs in the 2 lofts there is one queen bed and one twin bed designated for children. (41 inches at the peak). Regular stairs take you to both lofts (one to the right and one to the left). There is no overlook to the master bedroom.
There is a full bath and a half bath, living room, full kitchen with full size stove, dishwasher, breakfast nook, coffee bar and a 12x9 Carolina room with additional couch, recliner, and table with 4 chairs. Washer and dryer are also included. A complimentary golf cart is provided for drivers 25 years of age or older.
Home has been completely remodeled including new metal roof, gutters, covered patio with ceiling fan, outdoor lights, with table and sofas, outdoor shower, gas grill. Inside 3 new mattresses and box springs, new toilets, new vanity, new LVP flooring and 1/2 bath added with 12x10 addition. Central AC with an added unit in the loft for comfort. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker (Keurig), air fryer, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, mugs, and more. 5 Smart TVs with Roku. (Disney+ and Paramount + are on us).
We are located in the N section near the Pool, Water Park, Sandy Mart and Recreation Center. Only a few minutes walk to the beach.
Rentals are preferable Saturday to Saturday especially during the summer. Check in 4pm Check out 10 am. No pets are allowed. No smoking inside!
There is parking for only one vehicle and a spot for the golf cart.
We have a rental agreement and ask for a check/money order/zelle/venmo/cashapp of half of the rental plus a $500 refundable Security Deposit and returned signed contract. Also a copy of the renter(s) valid Driver’s License is needed. Please list the name and ages of each of the registered guests.
Paying with Venmo: Please make sure to use the friends and family/ gift option or Venmo will charge a transaction fee.
30 days prior to Check-in the Remaining Rental Balance is due plus the $150 cleaning fee. Linens are included with the cleaning fee.
After checkout and inspection of the home and golf cart, I’ll confirm with security there are no violations and the $500 security deposit will be returned by check/Zelle/Venmo/Cashapp
