In MOST cases, a COMPLIMENTARY CART is provided for *pre-approved* guests over the age of 21. We have very strict guidelines for use of the cart and a separate agreement will need to be completed by the guest. An additional deposit may be required.
Regarding PETS: Our primary goal is to have each guest enter and have the same experience of a clean, well maintained home. We are most open to welcoming the fur-babies off-season when we can allow plenty of cleaning time between visits to ensure the home is ready for the next guest. We are open to discussing pets during any time of year, but please understand, we may be limited to weeks we can offer this to allow planning with the cleaning time in advance or ensure that we are able to be there to support our cleaning team in a timely turnaround.
There will be a NONREFUNDABLE *PER*pet fee for each pet.
Accurate pet fee should be obtained by speaking with the owner directly.
We do ask that pet owners utilize slipcovers provided for furniture. We do our best to have these on when you arrive but in some cases that may not be possible.
We recommend reaching out directly by phone or email rather than through the homeowner site to allow us to provide full booking documents. With so many scammers out there lurking to take the money of Ocean Lakes guests we require all potential guests requesting paperwork to submit a picture of their drivers license. All adults staying in the home must supply ID as well upon completion of paperwork.

“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”
