Continue your day at the beach, pools or new water park, or enjoy all the other amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer. We take pride in our homes at Ocean Lakes by keeping them well maintained and clean for your enjoyment. There is a mandatory 250.00 cleaning fee and linens can be provided for an additional 150.00 if booked and paid for in advance. The house is cleaned before and after each rental to ensure the house is clean and ready for next renter.
One golf cart is provided with this property, but additional cart can be rented when available. You must be 21 or older and with valid drives license and staying at this property to drive the golf cart. This is a family campground and therefore only families are considered. No smoking inside the house. TV and table and chairs underneath house and charcoal grill available. Deposit is due 7 days after booking and rental payment is due 30 days prior to check in.
