We offer you a beach home. This is not your standard beach renta, we offer you our beach home. We have a new limo golf cart that seats 6. (Must be 21 years old to drive the golf cart) There is an outdoor serenity area under the home where you can sit and watch tv, read a book or just relax and talk with others. There is a Tiki bar area with drink cooler. We offer a very clean Weber grill. Their is an outdoor shower to clean all the sand off when you come back from the beach or bath. The top deck offers chaise loungers for sun bathing or taking a nap in the afternoon. There is a dining table that seats 6 with cushioned chairs and umbrella. The home offers morning sun and afternoon shade. The home is extremely clean and we take great pride in offering that to our guests. The renter is responsible for cleaning the home at departure. There is NO smoking in the home. We provide a designated smoking area for guests. There are NO pets allowed at the property as well. In the home the gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances offers Keurig coffee maker, margaritaville frozen concoction maker, nice beach theme plates. Frozen mugs in the freezer, Calphlon pots and pans, JA Henkel knife set, bowls for cooking, platters and dishes for serving food. The living room offers a tropical look with a sofa and chair, tv and DVD player. And ceiling fan. The hall bath offers a shower, with handheld spray. The master bedroom has a queen bed, tv and DVD player. The master bath offers a bathtub and shower with handheld shower as well. Th second bedroom offers a queen size bed, tv and DVD player. The third bedroom offers a twin bed over a full and a tv with DVD player. The home has a washer and dryer in the home. All rooms
have ceiling fans. The home has gorgeous colors and decorating. The amenities are endless. We have cornhole boards, 4 bikes, basketball, football, volleyball, beach toys, hula hoops, boogie boards, cooler to take to the beach. We try to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. Renter is responsible for towels, linens and paper products. The deposit is required to hold the reservation ( this deposit is refunded after checkout and the home is clean/damage free and no violations to the rental agreement. βAll homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.β
