Welcome to the Pelican Pad! 5br/3 full baths and lots of wide parking space. This is one of the largest homes in Ocean Lakes and one of the largest lots in Ocean Lakes. Double full covered porches make this home something special. This home is perfect for year round relaxation.
We have just acquired this home October 2020 so it's newly for rent... just installed 75" outdoor HD TV!!!
Lots of brand new things: oven, ceiling fans, outdoor furniture, gas grill, sheets, towels, comforters, shower curtains, furniture, decorator furnishings, lighting, etc. Plus we have many more upgrades soon to be completed! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware and dishes. There is even a coffee bar set up for anybody who needs that extra shot of goget'em!
You will be sleeping in comfort at The Pelican pad.... beds are 4 king and a set of bunk beds (twin over full). Many beach homes have at most 1 king size bed - you will be living large with 4 king size beds!
You can rent a golf cart from Ocean Lakes or we have 2 super customized raised golf carts available - you will be looking sharp in The Pelican Pad golf carts!
Nothing is more fun than watching a football game on the outdoor living room 75" HD Smart TV. The football players on the TV are almost life size! And to cozy up on those chilly winter evenings, we have a brand new den fireplace and a brand new outdoor propane fire table. Cook outs are great with the brand new gas grill!
If you have never stayed at Ocean Lakes before, then you have missed out for sure! It's 310 acres of fun fun fun with almost a mile of beach front. There is an incredible outdoor water park and an indoor heated pool too! There is so much to see and do in Ocean Lakes!
Complimentary wifi and cable are included for free. There are security cameras on the parking area and Ocean Lakes has gated 24/7 security. Parking passes are $12/day/car if paid in advance or $15/day/car if paid on arrival.
We are excited to share our beach home with you! All the best memories in life are made when away on vacation with friends and family. We have seen our own children grow up in the blink of an eye so we know it’s important to take time to share the joys of life with those we love.
