Newly renovated home has a total of four (4) beds. It has one (1) king size bed, two (2) queen size bed, one (1) Full bed and one (1) sleeper sofa. This home is in the award-winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground. House sleeps 8 (4 adults/4 children) comfortably. Linens can be INCLUDED (sheets for all beds along with bath towels and wash cloths) at an additional charge.
One Golf cart is complimentary. If golf cart is being serviced or revoked on the property during your stay, no refunds will be given on your booking.
EXTRA GOLF CART NOW available for an additional purchase. INCLUDED are Wi-Fi and extended cable, full size refrigerator, washer/dryer, oven/stove, microwave. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, full host of small appliances, silverware and plates to accommodate 8 for your convenience. Outdoor shower. Gas grill along with grilling utensils and a corn hole board are also provided for your enjoyment. All we ask is that you please clean the grill after each use and cover grill up before departure. Departure cleaning is included at an additional fee, but cleaning supplies are available at the house (broom, mop, vacuum, trash bags, general cleaning and disinfectant spray) for use during your stay as well as your departure. When checked, if home is not cleaned or the home is left damaged, a portion of the security depot will be deducted to pay additional cleaning service fees, which depends on the amount of time it takes to clean based on a rate of $150/hr.
Golf cart rules:
1) Must abide by ALL Ocean Lakes Golf Cart Policies. A copy of these will be included in contract packet for your convenience.
2) Must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver license and a registered guest to drive cart.
Please remember the golf cart is a privilege at a discounted rate and failure to abide by the rules will result in loss of golf cart privileges for remainder of your visit. No refunds will be given should you lose this privilege.
No smoking or vaping inside premises at any time!! Sorry, we are not pet friendly.
Ample parking for 2 vehicles. Ocean Lakes does charge $15 per night per vehicle for a parking pass. We do offer Express Check-in packet, which provides you with parking pass(es) in advance and the ability to drive on through the main gate and miss the check-in crowd upon arrival. If bringing more than 2 vehicles, you will need to utilize the overflow parking area.
Cameras are on the property to protect both you, the renter, as well as the homeowner. Tampering with camera WILL result in an eviction.
Weekly rental only (Sat-Sat) from Memorial Day through Labor Day, Snowbirds welcome. In adhering with Ocean Lakes Family Campground Policy, we do not rent to house parties or anyone under 25!!
