The master bedroom has a queen bed, attached bathroom, and access to the wrap around deck. The other bedrooms offer 1 queen bed and a 2 full bunk bed. Both baths have a shower/tub combo for the little ones and TVs in every bedroom. This house not only has a large wrap around deck but also has a very spacious open concept living/dining/kitchen with cathedral ceilings. The bright white kitchen has a garbage disposal, Keurig coffee maker, blender, regular coffee maker, dish washer, toaster, and all white appliances. There is ample parking for vehicles and the golf cart as well as an outdoor shower for your convenience. Currently this home is not pet friendly due to the carpet in the bedrooms.

May 25th-June 1st, $2000 weekly only
June 1st-August 10th $3200 weekly only, add $100 for July 4th week
August 10th-17th $2600 weekly only
August 17th-September 7th $1800 weekly
September 7th-October 1st $250 a night (4 night minimum), $1400 week
October 1st-October 31st $250 a night (3 night minimum), $1200 week
November -December $200 a night (3 night minimum), $1000 week
Thanksgiving week $250 a night (4 night minimum), $1200 week
Christmas week $250 a night (4 night minimum), $1200 week
Monthly winter rentals are available from November to end of March and prices vary based on length of stay and time of year during that time period. Please message or call directly for more information about winter rentals.
Please note: If weekly rentals do not get booked, the rental will be offered nightly with a 4 night minimum but the price will be higher per night.
