As of this contract, the Owner agrees to rent the property specified by the above Site #X-16 during the specified dates according to the following terms and conditions: Check in time is 4:00pm: checkout time is 10:00am. Please do not check in early as maintenance/cleaning may be in progress. Renter is responsible for all damages that occur during the rental dates of this contract. Notify the owner of any visible damages upon arrival at the property (336-466-2715, 336-466-2314) You are responsible for leaving the home in good condition. Should a party misrepresent itself,(ex. Number of guests in the party according to contract) it will be required to VACATE the premises immediately. No house party groups-chaperoned or unchaperoned will be permitted. We rent only to families and responsible adults. We do not rent to groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring breakers, or other non-family groups. Any violations will result in termination without a refund. The rental period may not be sub-leased, transferred, sold, or given to any other party unless agreed upon by the owner, at which time this contract will become void and a new contract shall be entered into between the owner and the proposed party. The owner may enter the premises at reasonable times, with or without notice, for the purpose of making repairs or inspections. The owner shall not be responsible for any accidents or injuries occurring to the renter or guests of the renter of this property. The renter herby agrees to reimburse the owner for any penalty that may be imposed upon the owner by any court by reason of any violation upon the premises through fault of the renter herein his/her family members or guests. The Renter agrees to NO HOUSE PARTIES or loud noises. Renter agrees to comply with the following RULES and REGULATIONS of OCEANLAKES CAMPGROUND and the rental premises: a. NO PETS PROPERTY This is a NO SMOKING, Vaping, Drugs on property WET Garments, towels, and bathing suits are to be hung outside the house. Owner is not responsible for damages resulting from hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, or other natural disasters. Renter is responsible for evacuation if deemed necessary with NO REFUND given. No Refunds for failure of appliances; service requests will be handled ASAP. Ocean Lakes has strict rules: If a fine is imposed (100.00,500.00, 1000.00) it will be passed onto the renter and you will be evicted from the premises. Please go to the Ocean Lakes website and read over the rules and regulations. They do not tolerate: Vulgarity, drunkenness, or indecent and loud behavior and neither do we as the owners.
