This beautiful, stilted home is located at site P27 on Ibis Dr. Tastefully decorated, this home awaits you and your family offering many great amenities to make your stay more enjoyable! This home includes a complimentary golf cart (for 21 and over ONLY) that takes you on a short ride to direct Ocean access, two playgrounds, basketball courts and more!! Many other amenities are just a close proximity. This home is located on a quiet road that has minimized traffic vs other areas of the campground.
P27 has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are two Queen size bedrooms and a full size bed in the third bedroom which offers sleeping for a total of 6 people. One of the best features about this home is the large areas outside for your enjoyment. Upstairs is a large covered porch with a sitting area, outdoor fan, gas grill and large dining table with room for everyone. Downstairs features are a large sofa and chairs with chaise lounge to view the large outdoor TV. There is an enclosed garage available for your use. Inside you will find a refrigerator, washer/dryer and room to store bicycles, motorcycle or anything you want to keep secure. A hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower is also available for your use.
P27 is centrally located to all the amenities and perks Ocean Lakes has to offer. The outdoor space is cozy and somewhat private which provides a nice, peaceful experience. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher! Wifi and cable are some of the other offered amenities.
Smoking allowed downstairs only. Small/Non-shedding dogs are considered (prior approval required along with non refundable pet fee of $100 per pet).
This home rents Sunday to Sunday during peak season. Off season rentals may check in any day with a 2 night minimum (3 nights during Event or Holiday).
