As soon as you walk up the covered steps to the main level, you are greeted by a large wrap around deck. Upstairs there are two more master bedrooms with one leading onto a private balcony where you can relax and watch the golf carts go by. The other two bedrooms share a common bathroom. We take pride in providing our guests with a home away from home at the beach. The house is checked before and after each rental to ensure the house is clean and ready for your stay. A cleaning fee is required but bring your own linens for 1 king and 4 queens. There is no smoking or vaping inside the house. A gas grill is provided for your use (you must provide your own gas.) We do not have a golf cart included in the rental but Ocean Lakes rents golf carts for a portion or all of your stay. The property can accommodate three (3) cars for parking.

“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”
Just left today. Stayed 3 nights. The owner is great to work with. She allowed us to get in early. The house is just as beautiful as the pictures. We will definitely rent here again if the house is available.
