Welcome to our family beach home! Site 1150 is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath ocean view home located only 5 houses from the ocean. Our house sleeps UP TO 11 people and comes with TWO complimentary golf carts. There is covered parking for up to 3 vehicles. We also offer a gas grill and picnic table for your outside dining and entertainment. We have added new seating for the deck, including new Polywood furniture. The house also features an outside hot and cold shower. WE ARE PET-FRIENDLY NOW TO ONLY ONE SMALL NON-SHEDDING DOG. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE!
There are awesome views of the ocean from the living room and deck. There are beds for 9 people and one queen sleeper sofa. Our dining table seats 6, and the bar area seats 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The first floor offers the living room with new furniture and a large flat-screen TV, kitchen with dining room table and bar area, half-bath, and master bedroom with a new king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a master bath with shower. On the second level, there are 2 more bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a full-size washer and dryer. The first upstairs bedroom contains one new queen bed, a flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, and plenty of storage for clothes. The second upstairs bedroom has 2 new queen beds, a flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, and a twin-size bed.
ITEMS TO BRING: All paper products, including trash bags, linens for 1 king-size bed, 3 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and a queen sleeper sofa, if utilized. You will also need to bring all wash clothes, towels, hand towels, and dishcloths. We provide mattress pads, pillows, and blankets. THE LINEN PACKAGE IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE FROM MAY 18, 2024 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 6, 2024.

OCEAN LAKES CHARGES $15 PER DAY PER VEHICLE TO PARK. IT IS $12 PER VEHICLE PER DAY IF YOU PURCHASE YOUR PARKING PASSES 10 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THIS MONEY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE AND IS PAID DIRECTLY TO OCEAN LAKES.

Such a wonderful house to rent for your vacation! It is spacious, clean and a well taken care of rental! Not to mention a few steps to the beach! The owners are super easy to work through to get your rental booked. Such nice people! We had a blast!
Awesome house! The owner was very helpful and willing to answer any of our questions. Refund was back on time. House is so close to the beach that you can come and go all day. The teenagers loved the house and the close proximity to the beach.
