Main level boasts open floor plan large Smart TV, multiple ceiling fans and ocean views. kitchen, 6 seat dining table, 4 seat breakfast table. 2 new large sofas with built in electric refiners and USB ports, electric fireplace, laundry area with washer and dryer. A full bathroom with tub. Large bedroom with king bed and TV.

Upper level has Huge primary bedroom with king bed and ocean views. En-suite bathroom and a Small accesory room with single bed and smart TV. Directly off the primary bedroom is a private deck with beautiful ocean views. and private seating. There is a bedroom with 2 queens and a smart TV. There is a bunk room featuring a twiner full bunk, a dresser and a smart TV. This room also has access to a upper level deck with ocean views.
The house has new furniture in all bedrooms and we are continuously added and improving on our home.
Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, flatware, pots, pans, lids, stove, microwave, side by side fridge w/ice maker, outdoor gas grill, washer and dryer, coffee maker, cooking utensils. We supply laundry detergent pods, dishwashing liquid, hand soaps, bath soaps, and a starter pack in each bathroom of soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Huge main level ocean facing deck, with seating and a dining table and chairs. Large main level west-facing deck. Large ground level entertainment deck with swing, convection gas grill, picnic table and Adirondack style chairs a private outdoor hot/cold shower, and covered parking.

Large playgrounds, skate park, workout stations and outdoor recreation including sand volleyball, shuffleboard courts and basketball courts. Sports equipment is available in the Recreation Office as well as bicycle rentals. Great nature center for the whole family, nightly golf cart parade, fishing, bocce ball, horseshoes, and ping pong.
Sandy Mart has all of your grocery, snacking, clothing, beach gear, and memorabilia for your visit.
Sandy’s Meet n’ Eat - for burgers, pizza, ice cream, etc.
Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center is a recreation complex that includes a water park with 5 pools (one indoor/heated in winter), water slides, lazy river, Sandy Harbor splash zone, sun decks, an Arcade, miniature golf, restrooms, changing areas, and an indoor/outdoor Cafe. Certified lifeguards are on duty during the summer season. **Please note that some amenities such as miniature golf and the cafe do cost extra.
