New luxury home built in 2019, V28 on Crane Street is conveniently located on a dead end street for a lot less traffic and more family relaxation time!
We have privately owned custom designed and decorated 3 bed 2 bath on stilts - 2 Queens, 1 Full/Twin bunk - sleeps 7 comfortably.
Newly updated showers in both bathrooms are sure to impress!!!
High speed WiFi throughout, flat screen TV’s in each bedroom, living room and downstairs enterntainment area. Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration for pure drinking water, full size washer and dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher and full size fridge. Indoor granite countertops - bar and dining table seating for 7. Keurig cup and drip coffee maker along with many small appliances, dishes, pots and pans for your use.
Outside features a full size deck upstairs for outdoor eating and relaxation for the whole family - family dinner seating for 7. Morning and afternoon sun to fully get your day started! Downstairs features a L shaped sofa with TV entertainment and a large outdoor dry bar with stools to enjoy wonderful times in the shade when a retreat from the sun is needed. Gas grill to cook up your favorite foods!
Bed linens - sheets and pillow cases - included at no charge!!!
Unit comes with bicycles, corn-hole and an outdoor heated shower to cleanup in after a fun day at the beach. Parking for 4 with more available in overflow. No golf cart included, but we are steps away from the OL Golf Cart Center for your convenience - lower rent reflects the ability to rent your own cart.
No smoking in home and no pets. Must be 25 to book. Contracted guest must be present during entire stay.
Nightly rates require a minimum 2 night stay, 3 nights for holiday and Halloweekends.

We accept PayPal and Venmo for payment. Payment schedule is $675 due at time of booking to secure the week, remaining balance paid in full 65 days prior to check-in.

This house was amazing for my family. The beds are the most comfortable that we have ever had at Ocean lakes. The house has everything you need for cooking. Scott was great and so responsive. We will stay here again.
