This rental is Saturday to Saturday during peak season only. There's a three night minimum during off peak season. This unit is a non-smoking and no pets allowed.
You must be 25 or older to rent, must be 21 or older with a valid drivers license and staying at this property to drive the golf card. To ensure home is clean and ready for the next guest there is a $250 cleaning fee. Basic cleaning to be completed by renter before checkout.
A $500 refundable deposit is required within 24 hours to hold the date that you have requested. Refundable deposit will be returned within 14 days after stay if no damage or findes are incurred.
50% of the rental rate is due 45 days before arrival, and 100% is due 30 days before arrival.
“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”
