Our beach home located on Tern Drive sleeps 10 people with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Huge wrap around deck equipped with Weber grill (located below the house) plus fully covered awning to keep you and your family shaded on hot days with enough seating to accommodate 10 people.

- Golf Cart included in rental, must be at least 21 years old with a valid drivers license to operate
- 15 minute drive to Myrtle Beach International Airport

Parking located below the house large enough for 2 cars, outdoor sink and 5 Adirondacks chairs perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

Families must be 25 to Rent and renter listed must be at the home for the entire rental period. Home cannot be rented by someone on behalf of someone else.
Cleaning Fee - $250 includes linens and towels
Car Pass - $12 per day not included in rental
“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”
This place was perfect. We have stayed at many places over the years and this by far the best with easy access to beach, water park, arcade and included everything needed for an easy beach vaca in a beautiful, spotless house. Can’t wait to come back!
This home is way more beautiful than the pictures depict! So nice and clean and has everything you need; ironing station, hair dryers in both bathrooms, even beach towels! Owner responds quickly! Don't hesitate about staying here! This home is awesome!!!
One of the nicest homes we’ve rented in our 26 years at OL. Each room was super clean and nicely decorated with plenty of space . The outside areas, both up and down, were awesome! We all loved the chairs and swing. Can’t wait to stay again soon!
