This gorgeous new home was built 2022 with a lot of extra time and effort to ensure our families every need is met so they concentrate on just relaxing and enjoying their time kicking back at the beach, waterpark or many of the other activities Oceanlakes has to offer.
Ceil's Place is conveniently located just 250 steps to the beach. Some features of this beautiful home include granite countertops, floor to floor ceiling tile showers, innovative construction ideas, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked kitchen for those who love to eat in we got you covered. Also included is 2 very comfy sofas in living room, 7 Roku TVs in every room including the outdoor patio, brand new washer and dryer, outdoor grill, sand toys for the kids as well.
This spacious home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. 2 king master bedrooms, 1 Queen room, 2 Twin beds, and one twin bunkroom. Sleeps 10 comfortably. We also have a pack and play upon request.
For our guests included as complimentary is our 6 seated Golf cart (21 years or older and licensed drivers only) Rules are very strict on this as we want to continue to offer this privilege to our guests.
Car tags to enter Ocean Lakes via owner approval. Rate is $15.00 per day per car. Ask for express form and complete in 14 days prior to arrival and only pay $12.00 per day per car. We have a 2 car limit at Ceil's Place any additional vehicles will have to park in the remote parking lot with a $8.00 per day fee.
