Leonard & Florence Place is located at 1478 Mermaid Dr. Myrtle Beach SC which is located in the Holiday Section of the park. Which is located inside the gates of the award winning Ocean Lakes Campground in Myrtle Beach SC.
Our home is located on the south side of the campground. A short 5 min. ride on the golf cart or within walking distance to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
Our home has of parking space for 2 vehicles, in the driveway and on the side of the house. If more parking is need, you can park in the overflow upfront near the south gate. NOT TRAILERS ARE ALLOWED ON MY PROPERTY! IF YOUR CAR IS IN THE ROAD YOU WILL RECEIVE A FINE FROM SECURITY. The house has a new covered porch, so you can enjoy beautiful nights watching the start or watching the sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee. While relaxing in the comfortable wicker chairs. The house has new vinyl Siding and railings.
As you enter the front door you, you enter the living room with ceramic tile flooring. A plush couch and 2 plush recliner to relax. Big screen tv to enjoy your favorite shows. A queen size sleep sofa is
available in the living room for more quest. The dining area is off from the kitchen. Dinette set that can seat 4 people to enjoy, your meals. Which have plenty of room for everyone to enjoy meals together. The kitchen offers plenty of cabinet and counter space for preparing meals. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need for any meal. In the kitchen is a coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, cups, bowls, glasses, utensils, microwave, dishwasher and more.
In the master bed room is a queen size bed. With a 32 inch tv mounted on the wall. Two nightstands for your personal items and a larger dresser to place all your clothes. Also a big closet
to store any of your items. In the master bathroom is a full size sink and a walk in shower.
The second bedroom has a full size bed with laminated floor. 32 inch tv is mounted on the wall to enjoy your shows. Their is also a night stand for your personal items.
The third bedroom has two twin size bunk beds with laminated floor. And decorated for kids. With a 24 inch tv mounted on the wall. In the kids room is games and books for their enjoyment.
The main bathroom is located between the kids room and the second bedroom. Full sink and bathtub/shower combo.
Every room has been remolded.
All bedrooms come with pillows, confronters, and blankets for all beds and sleep sofa.
Washer and dryer is located in the storage shed for my guest.
Golf cart is available with ever rental. Outside electric hookup for the golf cart.
Indoor pool open all year long.
You will be safe with 24 hour and 7 days a week gated security.

river, waterpark, mini-golf, arcade, and more. For all the amenities offered by Ocean Lakes, please visit their website at www.oceanlakes.com. There is a Water Park in Ocean Lakes which is free to all staying inside OL. It has a Lazy River, a Splash Zone and Waterslides.

A $500 refundable deposit is required within 24 hours to hold the date that you have requested. Refundable deposit will be returned within 14 days after stay if no damage or fines are incurred. 50% of the rental rate is due 60 days before arrival, with the remaining 50% is due 45 days before arrival.
“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”
Cathy's home was absolutely fantastic. Everything was perfect. The porch was relaxing. Very close to the beach. She provided everything we needed a house to have. Definitely we become a regular. Also will recommend to family and friends.
