This house, which is privately owned and maintained, is located on Sandlapper Dr. within the award-winning Ocean Lakes Campground.
House Highlights:
While indoors you will enjoy a fully furnished open kitchen/living room area with lots of natural light. Three bedrooms with queen bed in each. Washer/dryer combo for your use. Extended cable and Wi-Fi are included. Outside features a large deck, enclosed shower with hot and cold water. We also provide bicycles, beach chairs, and sand toys for the kiddos.
Ocean Lakes campground offers beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, water park, playground, snack bar, basketball courts, miniature golf, arcade, grocery store and 24-hour security.
There are security cameras under the house, outside steps and front porch for your protection and ours.
We book Sat-Sat 7 night minimum during peak season. (Memorial Day – Labor Day)
3 night minimum in off-season
We require minimum age of 25 to rent this home and must be present throughout the rental period.
We rent to families: Parties will NOT be tolerated!
There is NO smoking or vaping allowed on premises.
We do NOT allow pets of any kind.

**Due to personal liability, we do NOT allow anyone under the age of 21 to drive the “courtesy” golf cart under any circumstances. **

You must provide your own paper products, kitchen condiments, soap, detergents, etc.
A vehicle parking pass is required and must be purchased at the gate, which is currently $15/per night and is subject to change at parks discretion.
There is parking for 2 vehicles at this property. Additional parking is available in the onsite overflow lot (daily fee applies).
“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”
