The beach house is on one level and has 2 Bedrooms (queen bed in each room), Pullout queen sofa. Sleeps 6 people. 2 Baths, one w/ tub and shower and one w/ walk-in shower. Kitchen is fully stocked. Central heating and air-conditioning. A stackable washer and dryer. A large 8x16 Covered Deck and patio furniture for outdoor dining. Wifi/internet in house, 2 televisions and Cable on both TV's. New wooden floors in house in winter of 2021. Check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am and is rented Sat-Sat during summer rental season. Renter provides own sheets and towels.
There is a Water Park in Ocean Lakes which is free to all staying inside OL. It has a Lazy River, a Splash Zone and Waterslides.

OCEAN LAKES REQUIRES THE RENTER TO BE 25 YEARS OLD OR OLDER.
CLEANING IS INCLUDED IN RENTAL PRICE. All guests are required to leave house in order for next renter. ****If the home is found NOT to have been left in order, the security deposit will be affected****. The home will be inspected after each guest departs from their stay.

It is important that you inspect the home when you arrive and report any damages immediately to avoid losing any/all of security deposit.
$300 refundable deposit required during summer season. $250 refundable deposit required in off-season. Deposit is refunded when beach house is clean/orderly for the next renter, and beach house key is returned.
Ocean Lakes is a gated community and they charge $15/day/vehicle for parking pass. If you get parking passes mailed from OL before arrival, then parking is $12/day/vehicle.
Daily rate is based on 3 night minimum. NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN HOUSE IS PERMITTED. Summer season for 2025 is 5/31/25 - 8/16/25. As info, we have a neighbor at beach who has security cameras at his house. He can observe anything that goes on outside at our beach house, so the property is secure. He notifies us of any occurrences at our beach house.
