Beach House with 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (sleep 12). Flat Screen TV in every bedroom and living room. One complimentary golf cart with rental. Our bright, comfortable beach house is approximately 200 steps to the beach and across from the peaceful Sand Dollar Lake, in the popular Holiday Inn sectionof Ocean Lakes Campground in Myrtle Beach, SC.

It has a large Master Bedroom with 2 queen beds, bath and its own balcony, and bay window on the second floor. Also on the second floor a queen room with connecting door to bathroom which also connects to the hallway. A kids room with a bunk bed with a full and twin bed. Also an extra twin bed in that room. Also a queen bed on the first floor with connecting door to bathroom. Also pack and play and high chair for the little ones.

Ocean lakes has been named campground of the year several times, and is family-oriented, 24 hour gated and secure community. It has many organized activities for kids, teens and adults. Just 10 minutes from downtown and airport. This is the most complete oceanfront resort community on the east coast, providing a safe and fun environment for your family. Close to all of the famous attractions and over 100 golf courses, restaurants and shopping outlets. Discount attraction coupons are available at the Ocean Lakes office.

Our spacious open floor plan is ideal for large families as

there is plenty of gathering space to play board games, video games, enjoy family meals, or a quiet movie. You will be able to keep an eye on the children playing in the family room while you start dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer located in the closet off from the kitchen. Also an hot and cold outdoor shower to wash off sand.

There is covered parking for 2 cars at the house. An over flow parking lot at the South Gate.

For your convenience, we also have wireless high speed internet in the house. Bring your laptop but don't spend too much time working while on vacation, so you can enjoy all that Ocean lakes has to offer. We also have cable on all TV's. All you need to bring are linens, towels, paper products

etc.

**Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented community the rental of this house is intended for couples and families and not a group of singles under the age of 25. You must be 25 yrs old to rent the house and 20 yrs old to drive our golf cart. You must follow all Ocean Lakes rules and our house rules, if not you will be evicted. You will loose all your money plus the deposit, and Ocean Lakes will fine you also.

Upon arrival at Ocean Lakes you will need to register your vehicle and pay Ocean Lakes directly per day for parking passes . ($10.00 a day per vehicle) Unless you have pre-registered before your arrival.

From April to Sept. this is a weekly rental from Sunday to Sunday. Contracts must be signed before checking in to our house. Also copy of drivers license of all over 16 must be sent to me. (contact us for any questions).
