Welcome to our Cozy Beach Cottage. We want to make your stay enjoyable, comfortable, and convenient. This house is 3 bedroom with 2 full baths. The house comes with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 set of bunks (2 twins), and a pull out couch (full bed). The house offers things such as a fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances and "yes" a dishwasher, also a washer/dryer located in the house. Linens will be provided at "Beach PLZ" and all beds will be made prior to your arrival. Towels, wash rags, dish towels, hand soap, dish soap, and dishwashing tablets will also be provided. There is a gas grill and ceiling fan on the covered porch for your enjoyment. The covered porch is only 2 steps off the ground for those who have problems climbing steps. This house has Wifi and cable service on all flat screen TV's, which are in every bedroom and the living room. (Smart TV's, so you can log into your personal Netflix accounts, etc). You can come on in, put your stuff down and start enjoying your vacation. A complimentary golf cart is also included with your stay at "Beach PLZ" provided there are no issues and available. (all of Ocean Lakes rules and rules of the Owners apply). Pets may be allowed with owners approval with additional fees (on a case by case basis). There is to be absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OUR HOME! (You can do this outside and dispose of properly)
Your dates are not reserved until one of the owners speak to you, a contract is signed and returned, and your security deposit is paid. No online booking will be honored/confirmed until the above guidelines are met.

“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”
