This is a newly remodeled stick built 2 bedroom/ 2 full bath with queen memory foam sleeper sofa in large living room that sleeps 6 easily. Nice front porch with rocking gliders to relax. It is located on the south end on a quiet corner lot. This is our personal vacation home that we rent some during the summer and take a lot of pride in it and try to offer a very clean vacation spot to our guests. It has TVs in both bedrooms and in the living room, ceiling fans in all rooms, nice closets in each bedroom, wi-fi, extended cable, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, full size stove with oven, 6 person dining table, extra large living with high vaulted ceiling, and new living room furniture, and a full size washer and dryer located in its own laundry room. Home is very clean and decorated with beach colors in various room for you to enjoy as you relax at the beach. Golf cart included and price includes clean up service as well. Weekly rates provided are NOT including 12% South Carolina Rental Hospitality tax.
June Weekly Rate: $1950 per seven day rental plus 12% tax
July Weekly Rate: $2250 per seven day rental plus 12% tax
August Weekly Rate: $1850 per seven day rental plus 12% tax
Weekly rentals include cleaning fee and golf-cart.
$300 refundable deposit required and is not included in weekly rental. However, will be refunded as long as no damage to property.
