Fully equipped and stocked kitchen, full sized washer/ dryer, WiFi, ROKU flat screen tv’s in all rooms with ceiling fans in master bedroom plus living room. updated bedroom furniture and TV's were added in summer 2023: Master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen as well. Couch converts to a full bed. Extra large lot allowing for amply parking. Great location with wrap around porch with view of small pond with spacious front yard for playing. New siding and roof added Fall 2023. Sorry no golf cart, no pets, no smoking. Must be 25 year old to rent. Weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday for Summer 2025 from Memorial Day thru Labor Day Cleaning fee of $125 will be added to quote. Ocean Lakes will charge an additional $15 per day per car which is payable to OL once reservations are booked. Off season rates as low as $200/night.
