Come enjoy a relaxing stay at our beach house! 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on easy to find corner lot with plenty of space to park. Don't worry about climbing a flight of steps in the HOT South Carolina summer sun. We are just high enough to watch all the carts ride by. Amenities include 4 TVs, wi fi, washer and dryer, gas grill on large deck. We have tried to make our beach house enjoyable for us and we think you will enjoy it too. We are a 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the beach. No pets and no smoking are allowed. We no longer will be allowing use of our golf cart.
“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”
