Payment Terms
To book, we require 50% of the rental rate.
A portion of this initial payment is held as a refundable security deposit.
The remaining portion of the initial payment is applied toward the rental.
The remaining rental balance is due 45 days prior to check-in.
The security deposit is refunded 3–5 days after departure, provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required.
“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”
