Custom built, beautiful and incredibly well maintained home built by a highly reputable builder who built 14 homes in Ocean Lakes. The kitchen offers beautiful custom cabinets, granite counters, tile backsplash, and new stainless steel appliances. Also occupying the main floor is the powder room, washer, dryer and the master King bed suite and ensuite with an oversized walk in shower with a rain head shower and two additional shower heads.
On the second floor you will find 4 more bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with walk outs to the second level deck from 2 of the Queen bedrooms.
Located on the opposite side of the park from the trailer camping, our home is away from the hustle and bustle but still only a two minute golf cart drive (5-7 minute walk) to the beach and pool area. Sand Dollar Lake is located at the end of our street for some great fishing!
We strive to make our beach house feel like your home too! Therefore we provide full linens (sheets, bath and beach towels) and our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, coffee maker, keurig, blender, crockpot, toaster oven and more! A charcoal and propane grill are both available.
As Ocean Lakes is a family oriented campground, we maintain this with our guests and accommodate families only please. During peak season we offer weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday and off season a 3 night minimum.
“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”
Absolutely perfect for us, our oldest son, his wife and two grands, and our youngest son and girlfriend, plus Bella the Boxer. Everything was provided! Cooking meals was a pleasure in the gorgeous, well-stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay again!
