Parking for 2 vehicles (Ocean Lakes charges $12-15 per day for vehicle passes.)
Rates & Booking:
Off Season: $800/week (tax included)
Weekdays: $150/night | Weekends: $175/night
Summer Season (Memorial Day - Labor Day): $1,950/week
Summer bookings are Saturday to Saturday only with a 7-day minimum
4th of July Week: $2,200
A $300 security deposit is required.
Rentals less than a week include a $150 cleaning fee.
