GENERAL INFORMATION

PAULINE'S GETAWAY

Pauline’s Getaway is a quaint little gem tucked away on Sharkstooth Trail. We knew the potential she had, so with updates and some TLC she is now a charming, comfortable, cozy little getaway for all beach lovers.

With 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, living room, and kitchen/dining room, you can comfortably sleep 6.

-INTERIOR-

*Living Room*

The living room has a very comfortable couch (one can sleep here if wanted) and cozy recliner to relax on while enjoying for favorite shows and movies, or watch the kiddos enjoy the fully stocked lego table. There is wifi and all popular streaming services. The coffee table is stocked with lots of games for the whole family to enjoy.


*Kitchen*

The Kitchen is on the smaller side, but is fully stocked with everything you need to create a wonderful meal. There is a fully functioning refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker and much more.

*Dining Area*

The dining area has bench seating around the table which is able to accommodate several people. Three windows encase this little area providing all the natural sunlight. There is also a corner bar where you can whip up your favorite cocktail or glass of wine.

*Master Bedroom and Full Bath*

The master bedroom is located right of the living room. It has a king size bed, fully functioning tv with all streaming platforms, a wardrobe with drawers for your clothing and personal belongings, and a work desk that folds down and chair for those who still have to get business done while on your getaway. The second bedroom can be accessed through a door form the master. The door does shut and lock if needed.

The full bath is located in the master bedroom and has a full size tub/shower, toilet, and sink with storage under. There is also additional shelving storage to the left side of the bathroom.

*Bedroom #2 and Half Bath*

Bedroom number 2 (the back bedroom as we call it) has a queen size bed and a fully functioning tv with all streaming platforms. The half bath is located through the second door off of this room. This bathroom has a toilet and sink with lots of storage underneath, as well as a large closet for your clothes and personal belongings.

*Bedroom #3*

Bedroom number three is the smallest of the three bedrooms and comes with a twin size bunk. Both bunkbeds come with its own personal tv and speaker that are fully functioning with all streaming platforms. There is also a wardrobe with drawers for clothing and personal belongings. You can access back through to the kitchen from this room.

-EXTERIOR-

Pauline’s getaway has decently sized covered front porch with comfortable seating to sit, relax, and enjoy the fresh air.

There is a large driveway for parking or playing with an additional parking spot directly in front of the house. An outdoor shower is located off the side of the shed.

Ocean Lakes has everything you need that you almost don’t even have to leave the campground for anything.

Ocean Lakes owns almost a mile of privately owned beach front property, several lakes to fish, two playgrounds, basketball courts, mini golf, a large water with a splash pad/lazy river/ water slides/and indoor pool, an arcade, a recreation center, a nature center, a general store, and a few dining options.
