*$500 hold on card 2-days prior to arrival, released up to 5 days after departure
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
***REFUND policy: If renter cancels more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date and the owners are able to re-rent the house, the deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If the house remains vacant, renter will forfeit the deposit. If the renter cancels less than sixty (60) days from the check-in date and the OWNERS are able to re-rent the house, the rental payment and deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If the OWNERS cannot re-rent the house, the rental payment will be forfeited and be retained by the OWNERS as compensation for the time the house had been held from the rental market. If the rental payment is forfeited, the security deposit will be returned.
7-day minimum stay Memorial Day to Labor Day. Off and shoulder season minimum stay is 3 nights. MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.

After renting MANY houses at OL, we now have a favorite! Beautiful, super clean, well appointed with a functional layout. With 11 guests, we had plenty of room. Home is bright & full of light, & includes so many extras! Responsive owners. A real gem! A+!
