Welcome to Ocean Lakes! We are so excited to share our newly acquired beach cottage with you.
Our beach cottage is the perfect spot for your next vacation! The newly updated cottage is spacious and on a large corner lot that is just a brief walk or golf cart ride from the ocean and all the Ocean Lakes amenities that will be included in your stay. This home offers 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms and a large wraparound porch that accommodates all the amenities. Our spacious cottage allows you to leave your worries behind and have fun with the whole family.
The space includes all the amenities including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer/dryer, coffee maker, cable, and high speed internet.
The master bedroom provides a KING bed. One guest bedroom provides a QUEEN size bed and the second guest room provides a FULL size bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room that pulls out to a QUEEN bed, if needed.
Parking permits are obtained at the front office which allows you authorized entrance and access to the park and all the amenities during your stay. Currently, permits are $15/day (per vehicle) and must be displayed in your front windshield.

The cottage has parking availability for 2 stand sized vehicles. Overflow parking is available at the South Gate if needed.
“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”
