SCREENED PORCH & OUTDOOR SPACE

GUEST ACCESS

* Smart lock entry – code provided before arrival

* Check-in: 4:00 PM (you may enjoy park amenities earlier)

* Check-out: 11:00 AM

* If the house is ready early, we’ll notify you for complimentary early check-in

* Must be 25+ to book

* Must be 21+ to operate the golf cart

* No pets

*No smoking or vaping in the home or on the screen porch

* One exterior camera monitors driveway and side steps for guest safety

Ocean Lakes Vehicle Pass

Ocean Lakes charges a daily admission fee of $12 per vehicle per day if requested 10 or more days in advance, and $15 per vehicle per day if requested with less than 10 days’ notice. This is an additional charge separate from the house rental.
