Site #1455 is a non-smoking 2 bedroom 2 bath beach house. PET FRIENDLY ($100 nonrefundable pet fee) - 1 small pet MAX -The home has an open living room, dining room, and kitchen. It has a covered deck on the front with table and chairs. Parking for 2 vehicles and overflow parking is available for more vehicles. All guest must register with ocean lakes upon arrival and obtain a parking pass. This is a $15 a day, per vehicle fee which is paid to ocean lakes DIRECTLY. (if you pay 14 days in advance - the price is $12 per day.
Living room has a flat screen TV with cable. Master bedroom has king bed and second bedroom has queen bed, both have TVs. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, seating for 4 at the table. Full size washer and dryer.
The home is equipped with all cleaning supplies. ****if the home is found DAMAGED or left wrecked the security deposit will be forfeited**** The home and golf cart will be inspected by property management after each guest departs from their stay. It is important that you inspect the home and golf cart as well when you arrive. Report any damages immediately to avoid losing the security deposit- call if damage or dirty. During peak season, a cleaning fee is required as cleaners do come in and clean after departure. Cleaning fee $125.

A complimentary golf cart is included in the lease price. (A $500.00 value if you rent a cart through ocean lakes for a week). You are required to abide by all golf cart rules and regulations mandated by ocean lakes and myself. Golf cart drivers must be 21 years old with a valid drivers license to drive this golf cart. You must have the license on you to drive. This is an OL policy. *****if Ocean Lakes security issues any violations against the site (including golf cart violations) the security deposit will be forfeited and you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.*****Security is very strict with a zero tolerance for golf cart violations or golf cart horseplay. Make sure you are familiar with the rules and how to operate golf cart before you drive the cart. Water must always be in the batteries which are located under the seat. I maintain these golf carts
but it does not hurt to check the batteries.
Ocean lakes is a gated community with 24 hour security and lifeguards patrolling the one mile long beach. The 10 mile per hour speed limit makes it a wonderful place for children. This family-friendly beach front campground provides a welcoming atmosphere and offers plenty of amenities to keep you perfectly happy and to make your stay exceptional.
Rental rate is as follows:
2,300 plus cleaning fee of $125 equal $2,425.00 per week during peak times all other times vary with a 3 night minimum. A refundable security deposit is still required for off season stays ($400 refundable security deposit) HOLIDAY RATES VARY. The house is pet friendly and the cost IS $100 PER PET with a maximum of 2 small pets. Twenty pounds or less.

In 2012 Ocean Lakes implemented a new policy holding homeowners responsible for the actions of their tenants. The fines range from $500 to $1000 including the possibility of the homeowner losing their lease rights. In an effort to avoid this we do require a $400 refundable security deposit that is due within 10 days of making your reservation. This is a non negotiable deposit! If your deposit is not received within 10 days the dates will become available again on the calendar. The $400 deposit has been put into place to curb misconduct, golf cart violations and to make sure our home stays clean and undamaged so that everyone can enjoy their stay. Deposit refunds will be processed immediately once it is determined that the home and golf cart was left clean and undamaged and no misconduct or golf cart violations (approximately 18 days). Any fines against the site will be passed on to the tenant. No exceptions!
As a result of this we only rent to families. You must be 25 years old to rent the property. No one under age 25 may rent this property and renter must occupy the property the entire rental period.
