This bright and cheerfully decorated two-story home features everything to make your vacation enjoyable. It has a fully equipped kitchen and four flat screen TVs. It also features an enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water,two large decks, high ceilings with crown molding, professionally decorated, and four to five car parking. Each of the five bedrooms is tastefully decorated to make your stay more enjoyable.
The bedrooms are as follows:
Bedroom one. King Bed. This bedroom is downstairs.
Bedroom two. Queen bed with private access to upstairs deck.
Bedroom three. Queen bed with private access to upstairs deck.
Bedroom four. Two twin beds
Bedroom five. Two Double Beds.
There is one bathroom located on the main level and two bathrooms upstairs.
We also have a five bedroom, three bath house across from this one so if you have a large crowd and need two houses these are a stones throw apart.
Baby items such as Port-a-crib and High Chair available upon request. Linen Package available for $150. They will provide all your bed linens, bath towels/washcloths, and kitchen towels. Golf cart rental available upon request. Prices vary depending on the season.
Your furry pet is allowed to come with you with a $99 pet fee. No aggressive species such as pit bull or rottweiler or any mix of those breeds allowed. This is per community rules.
Note: Owner has the right to make any changes to the house needed in order to accommodate guests. Please contact owner with any specific needs/requests.
