Site R-14-This lake house with beautiful views has Wi-Fi, courtesy golf cart, extended cable and comes with 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bath and separate laundry room. Comes with a weber charcoal grill. There are three decks on lakeside with views from 2 master bedrooms upstairs that you can go out onto the top deck. Main floor has deck on the lake side lake with views from living room, kitchen and dining areas and another covered side porch where you can sit also. Big deck and sitting area with tv underneath house will big shower with hot and cold water. There are also lots of fish, ducks and turtles. There are 30-pound carp and other fish for your fishing pleasure. There is also a courtesy golf cart available. Must be at least 21 with a valid driver's license and staying at this home to drive the golf cart. All golf cart rules are strictly enforced must be followed and they are posted on the golf cart windshield, if you get a violation, you will be evicted and $,1000.00 fine. This house is 250.00 mandatory cleaning and optional linens, towels and sheets are 150.00 upon request and paid in advance and must be requested and paid in advance. call Trudy at 704-902-6164. Ocean lakes is a family resort with very strict rules and therefore only families are accepted at this home. Ocean lakes has everything you need for a wonderful vacation with outside swimming pools (1 heated indoor pool) new water park, basketball courts, volleyball area, playgrounds, game room, putt-putt, snack bars, grocery store/gift shop for your convenience and pleasure.
