Our beach house has 3 bedrooms (1 king size, 2 queen-size), 2 full baths, open concept living, dining and kitchen areas, washer-dryer combo, fully equipped kitchen, large deck with rocking chairs and additional outdoor dining
areas. Large screen TV in living area, and TV in every bedroom. Wi-fi and internet in house. House is on stilts, golf cart included in the rental fee. Check-in time 3:00 pm, check-out time is 10:00 am
Cleaning is included in the rental fee; however, all guests are required to leave house in order for next renter. If the
house is found NOT to be in order, the security deposit will be affected**** The home will be inspected after each guest departs from their stay. It is important that you inspect the home when you arrive and report any damages immediately to avoid losing any/all of security deposit.

Our golf cart is included with the rental fee. Driver of golf cart must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's
license on their person. RENTERS MUST OBEY ALL OCEAN LAKES RULES. OCEAN LAKES REQUIRES ALL RENTERS TO BE 25 YEARS OF AGE AND MUST BE ON THE PROPERTY EVERY DAY OF RENTAL PERIOD.
$300 refundable deposit is required during the summer season. $200 deposit required during the off-season. Deposit is refunded when house is clean and orderly for the next renter.
Ocean Lakes is a gated community who charges a $15.00 per day per vehicle for parking passes. An express check-in form is mailed to renter when paid in full. Express check-in can save you $3.00 per day per vehicle.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING IS PERMITTED IN THE HOUSE. Summer season for 2023 is June 1 - August 19. For your information: Many of our neighbors have security cameras, so SMILE! Property is secure.
