GENERAL INFORMATION

Guests are sure to enjoy their vacation while making memories with friends and family in this spacious 3.5+ bedroom/2 bath home on stilts. It is located just 9 houses (200 feet) from the beach with a large deck that offers an ocean view. The property has ample parking for cars, golf carts and trailers. It is recently renovated and sleeps 13 in beds!

The master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a king size bed. There is also a rollaway twin bed located in the closet. There is a full bathroom on the main floor that connects to this bedroom. It has a full shower/tub combo. Bedroom two is located on the 2nd floor and has a full loft bed (adult size with a weight limit of 400) over a queen bed. This bedroom also has a kid's nook area off of it that offers a twin bed, a chalk board and books for children to enjoy. Bedroom three, also located upstairs, has a full loft bed (adult size, 300lb limit) over a queen bed.

The upstairs area also has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a separate deck and a landing area. The landing area has a study nook and a twin daybed with a twin pop-up trundle bed. This can be used as two separate twin beds or put together to create a king bed.

The living room is located on the main level and is furnished with a TV, two full sized sofas and a sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house and a full-sized washer and dryer located on the main floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, as well as a regular filter coffee pot, dishes, pots and pans, and a 6-person dining table.

This house is located in the Holiday Inn section. It is close to the beach, the main strip, a water station, and the pool. With the ocean just steps away, you don't have to worry about fighting for parking or forgetting something at home. Guests can enjoy time at the beach or pool, come back and shower off in the outdoor shower with hot/cold and then relax on the spacious deck. There is a grill located on the upper deck for guests to use.

Linens are provided with this rental. That includes sheets on all the beds upon arrival and two sets of towels/washcloths in each bathroom.

A golf cart is included with this rental. You have to be 21 years old to operate the golf cart.

This is a pet friend (must be discussed and approved), non-smoking home. Guests are permitted to smoke outside on the porch or the perimeter of the house.

Saturday to Saturday rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day and a 3-night minimum in September & October.

Car tags to enter Ocean Lakes via owner approval are $12 per day per vehicle unless you have express check-in. Express check-in allows you to pay early and saves $2 per day per vehicle.
