Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath stilt house. Our home sleeps 6 people comfortably. Two large bedrooms with king size beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom also has a king size bed and shares a jack and jill bathroom with the 3rd bedroom and it has twin size bunk beds. We have a full kitchen with all the accessories you would need on your vacation as well as a washer and dryer. We have a large deck with outdoor seating as well as a seating area under the house with a Roku TV. The living room and all bedrooms have cable tv and we also have WIFI. A complimentary golf cart is included for licensed drivers 21 years and older. However, should a renter get a ticket prior to your stay the golf cart will no longer be available for your use.
There is a gas grill along with grilling utensils available for your use. We ask that you clean the grill after each use.
We also have corn hole boards and sand toys available to use.
There are cleaning supplies at the house that are available to use during your stay.
Linens are provided from March thru October. The linens can be provided from November thru February for an additional charge of $150.
NO PETS AND NO SMOKING/VAPING IN THE HOUSE.
FAMILY friendly home, NO HOUSE PARTIES. ANY violation will result in all guests being removed from the home without a refund.
MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT and person over 25 must stay at the house the entire stay!
PARKING PASS REQUIRED in addition to our rental fee and paid to Ocean Lakes. Fee is $15 per night per car or $12 per night per car if prepaid via express pass.
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.

With instant booking a rental agreement will be sent to the email registered for the account via DocuSign. Rental agreement must be completed, signed and returned along with a copy of your Driver's License within 24 hours of receipt or dates will be cancelled, and money refunded less a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation policy -
1. Cancellation 60 days or more prior to scheduled check in receives refund of all monies paid less a $50 cancellation fee.

3. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to scheduled check in receives no refund of monies paid.
