Our BRAND NEW home rebuilt from the ground up is FINALLY ready for rentals! Amazing oceanfront views from main level, (2) upper level bedrooms, and an amazing 2 sided large deck! You will literally be steps away from sandy toes and ocean waves. Sit on the large deck and take in the views - nothing like it! We are located in the Holiday Inn section which is the closet section to the beach in all of Ocean Lakes. Now taking bookings for the remainder of 2024 and all of 2025. Book with us and start making wonderful memories as our family has done for the past 45 years at lot #1136!
Have a physical disability? New this year will be an elevator that is only available to renters with physical disabilities that cannot climb the stairs.
Main Level:
-Living Room with large screen TV and electric fireplace for extra coziness on those cool fall/winter nights
- Full kitchen with large island to gather around
-Dining table for 6: perfect for eating or playing games
-Main level master bedroom suite with king size bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower including a grab bar, seat and handheld shower option for those
that may have physical limitations, washer/dryer.
-Half bath
2nd Level:
-Landing with a sofa and TV - perfect for kids to watch movies or gaming
-Bedroom 1 : Awesome ocean front view from (2) sides with king bed and TV
-Bedroom 2: Another bedroom with awesome ocean front view with a queen bed and TV
-Bedroom 3: A daybed room with a twin bed and option to make into a double and TV
-Bedroom 4: Last but not least......an awesome custom built bunk room with 2 queen beds on lower level with twin bunks on top with staircase in between
and TV.
-Full Bathroom which has a separate water closet
Underneath: Enjoy an entertaining area with gas grill and outdoor TV
Enjoy beautiful mornings watching the sunrise, sit in the sun during the day or sit in the shade of the partial roof, then watch the sunset that evening on the large spacious deck complete with polywood dining table to sit 6, chase loungers, and other additional seating. Grab a cool drink from the deck cooler!
Off Season rates and per night rates are available depending on the time of year.
A golf cart is not available with this rental but families can rent these through Ocean Lakes.
Ocean Lakes does charge a $12 per vehicle per night gate pass to enter if purchased 2 weeks prior. If not, the fee is $15 per night. This is not included in rental fees.
A cleaning service is added to the cost of the rental - not an optional service.
A linen service is available for extra $200 fee - includes sheets, towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats.
