Very nice, clean beach cottage with three bedrooms, two baths close to the ocean. Recently remodeled with new paint, LVP flooring and a wonderful walk-in shower with new toilet and vanity. Second bathroom with full bath shower and tub combination and new vanity. Stacker washer and dryer. One queen bed, one double, one twin, a queen sleeper sofa and theater recliner couch. Sleeps seven. All mattresses including sleeper sofa are new. The kitchen is well stocked with a new smooth top stove and microwave; dining area. House has four TV’s including one outside on the covered porch and free Wi-Fi/cable; high speed internet and DVD player. Outside shower and gas grill; ample parking for two vehicles on concrete drive. If needed, overflow parking is available.
