“Latitude Adjustment” Beautiful 4 Bedroom Home in Ocean Lakes
Amazing newly renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom and two large living room vacation home. Sitting on a corner lot on site #316 and only 250 yards from the ocean. Close to the swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, putt-putt course, game room, recreation building and brand new water slide and lazy river.
The first level is the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and a master bedroom. The living area downstairs has new leather furniture, and the master bedroom has a king size bed. The kitchen has all appliances you will need including a filtered water system.
The upper level has a mini kitchen with small refrigerator, microwave, sink, and filtered water as well. It also has a master bedroom upstairs with a king size bed, and a private newly fully renovated bathroom. Second bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed, and shares bathroom with the third bedroom , which has two bunk beds with full size beds on bottom and twin size beds on top. This bedroom will easily sleep up to six people comfortably. Upstairs also has a living area with two sleeper sofas and large TV.
All bedrooms and living rooms have their own flat panel TV's.
The outside has a private shower, swing and gas grill. You are responsible for the gas. There are two decks, one on both levels of the house, where you will find the rockers, chairs, lounge chairs, and tables!
This is a family campground with 24 hour security, therefore we do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age. Anyone caught violating this rule will be asked to leave immediately WITHOUT REFUND!
There is a $12 a day parking pass fee per car. So for the week it will be $84 per car per week. This will be paid to Ocean Lakes.
There is no smoking or pets allowed inside the house. Smoking is only permitted the lounge area under the house.
The linens are NOT included but they can be rented. Please ask for rental information!
House is rented Saturday to Saturday during Prime Summer weeks.
This House does not include a Golf Cart, they can be rented though Ocean Lakes.
“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”
