Hello and welcome to Double Decker, # 1173A in Ocean Lakes. We love our location, location, location!! We cannot say it enough as it is so close to the beach, but off of the very busy golf cart path at night. We are 200 yards from the beach so you can walk to the beach without a problem. Even if you have a golf cart, the parking for one is hard to get during peak summer months. Use your cart to drop off all of your beach stuff, and if you cannot find parking, simply drive your cart back to the house and walk to the beach!

We have another home, Corner House (1173 see photo) right next to this one for families who need extra room. They are side by side and both are 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and each sleep 10-12 guests. This house is available from May thru Oct. We rent full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday in peak summer season and any 4 days in the off season.

Please contact me for an exact total for a rental period. Sometimes the calendar pricing does not match up with our pricing. We do not take any form of electronic payment. Scammers love to do their business with electronic payment. We take personal and bank checks and money and postal orders.

MAIN LEVEL:

Open kitchen stocked with all of your cooking needs, stone countertops, breakfast bump out with table & chairs, stool seating at countertop and a bistro table with stools.

Keurig & 12 cup Mr. Coffee

Open living room with comfy couches, 52" flat screen TV & Wi-Fi booster. Expanded cable.

Private master bedroom and bath, 32” TV, queen bed, jetted jacuzzi tub, separate stall shower.

Half bath off of the living room area.

Full size laundry room with washer & dryer, ironing board & iron

2 doors open to a partially covered HUGE 20x40 deck.

Wood floors throughout.

UPPER LEVEL:

Spacious open hallway, wood floors throughout.

4 upstairs bedrooms:

3 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with 2 full beds. Flat screen tv's in all bedrooms. Expanded cable and wifi boosters.

Main upstairs bump out bathroom has a huge garden tub, separate stall shower.

Second full upstairs bath has tub/shower combo.

2 upper bedrooms have doors that lead out to the 10x20 fully covered balcony deck with high top table & stools and 2 chairs with a small table.

OUTSIDE:

Massive 20x40 deck (half is covered)

Large glass table & chairs

Oversized picnic table

2 Adirondack chairs

2 chase lounges (polywood chaise lounges to be added)

Plastic kiddie picnic table

Large gas grill

Outdoor shower with hot & cold water

DRIVEWAY AREA:

Our homes are on HUGE lots, making for ample parking for up to 4 vehicles. We are on a double wide road for easy pull in/out. We offer a full pull through driveway. We have a separate golf cart driveway with 2 posts that have their own charging outlets. No more shuffling your vehicles around to make room for your carts!

Refundable Security/Damage Deposit: $500 (due 60 days prior to arrival)

Reservation Deposit: $1000-this is NOT extra. It is subtracted from the total owed. If you reserve within 4 months of arrival, half of the balance is due. If you reserve within 60 days of your arrival date, the full balance is due.

After paying the $1000 reservation deposit, you may make payments along the way. Full balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

We must speak to you to reserve- no exceptions.

Sorry- no animals of any kind/size as we are allergy free.

We allow 4 cars maximum with this rental home.

Licensed drivers may rent a cart from OL or bring your own.

No smoking/vaping/juuling/candles. No outside grills or fire pits can be brought on property.

You must be 27 to rent his house. We do not rent to high school or college age for Senior Week or Spring Break. No groups, events, or for the purpose of party, wedding, biker weeks, etc. Motorcycles are not allowed on Ocean Lakes roads and are parked in the overflow lot.
